Course Description: |
The course is divided into two parts. Part I examines the behavior of the consumers and development of the basic tools of analysis of the behavior of the firm. Its revenue and cost curves, these curves determine the equilibrium output of the form, the revenue and the cost of the firm and the demand and supply of the market determine the market price and output of both the firm and Industry. The Part II of the firm deals with the traditional theories of perfect competition and monopoly and monopolistic competition. |
Course Objective: |
It provides the students with necessary tools and general theoretical framework with which to approach and analyzed with more realism the complex phenomenon of the contemporary business world. |
